Michael J. McMullen Partner

Michael J. McMullen focuses his practice primarily on the areas of commercial litigation, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, contractual matters, and criminal defense.

Mr. McMullen grew up in Fort Lauderdale, attending Saint Thomas Aquinas High School before graduating from the University of Central Florida with a B.S.B.A. in Finance. From there he earned his Juris Doctorate from the University Of Miami School Of Law while clerking for several highly-recognized trial attorneys with a focus on criminal matters, including complex financial crimes. This glimpse into the justice system catapulted his legal career in the direction of fighting for people and businesses that have been injured or suffered a loss as a result of the wrongdoing of another. Equipped with extensive litigation experience, Mr. McMullen represents his clients with vigor and passion not found in many other attorneys and uses his advocacy and negotiation skills and tactics to obtain exceptional results. Michael also has extensive experience within ecommerce, software (SaaS) and subscription companies, relative to contract review, due diligence and M&A planning, and data privacy.

He is presently licensed to practice in the State of Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, United States Immigration Court, and United States Bankruptcy Court, and represents individuals and businesses throughout South Florida, including Broward, Miami, and Palm Beach counties.
