Jason A. Jovine
Jason A. Jovine, M.B.A., J.D. graduated with honors from Queens College where he majored and won numerous awards in economics. After graduating from Queens College, Mr. Jovine earned his master’s degree in Business Administration with a double major in finance/investments as well as marketing from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. He then went on to earn a Juris Doctor degree from the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Jovine worked in the financial services industry. He started in the financial services industry in 1993 at Gruntal and Company, one of the oldest independent investment banks in the United States. Thereafter, Mr. Jovine worked at several boutique investment banking and brokerage firms throughout the New York City area.
Mr. Jovine then decided to take all of the knowledge that he attained during his “Wall Street” career and join a start-up company called Tycoon Publishing, LLC. While working full time at Tycoon Publishing is when he earned his Juris Doctor degree. Tycoon Publishing was an investment newsletter/education company that was ultimately purchased by Agora Publishing in 2012 and became the Institute for Individual Investors, LLC.
After Tycoon Publishing was purchased by Agora Publishing, Mr. Jovine decided to devote himself full-time to his second career as an attorney. He focuses his practice on the areas of personal injury, automobile accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and insurance claims. He is a tireless advocate for the injured and for the “little guy.” He is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Florida as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
