Ethan J. Strauss Associate

Ethan J. Strauss focuses his practice primarily on the areas of personal injury, commercial litigation, and criminal defense. 

Mr. Strauss was born in New York City, New York but grew up in North Miami Beach, Florida attending Dr. Michael M. Krop Senior High School before graduating from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in finance. From there he earned his Juror Doctorate, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad College of Law, where he graduated with honors in the top 7 percent of his class.  

While attending Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad College of Law, he was a member of the Nova Law Review, Nova Trial Association, and Nova’s Moot Court Team. During his time in law school, Mr. Strauss was a judicial intern for the Honorable Thomas J. Coleman of the Seventeenth Judicial District and a law clerk here at Cohen & McMullen, P.A. 

Mr. Strauss understands the complexities associated with the litigation process. He is focused on obtaining the best results possible for his clients and will not stop working until the job is complete. His prior experience, coupled with his eagerness and passion to learn, puts him in a unique position to zealously advocate for his clients. 

He is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Florida as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
